For newcomers that want to give handball a try but aren’t sure if they are ready to commit, give us a chance to show you how much fun handball is! Every year, at the beginning of the academic year in September, we organise an Open Training where you can experience what one of our training sessions will look like. We accept people of all levels, from newcomers to experienced players. This year the open training sessions will take place on Tuesday 1st and 8th of September 2026 and will last from 18:00-20:00. For more experienced players you want to try or have tried playing competitively, good news, Beertje has 3 competition teams for you to try-out for! There are 2 women’s teams and 1 men’s team. The competition teams have limited spaces so at the beginning of the academic year in September we organise a Selection Training. This year, the selection trainings will take place on Friday 4th and 11th of September 2026 and will last from 18:30 to 20:00. If you want to attend please sign up using this link.
