Are you an international student that wants to play handball in Utrecht? Then we’re the perfect place! Welcome to HV Beertje, Utrecht’s most fun student handball association! Whether you’re an experienced player or just starting out, you’re welcome to join our “gezellige” community.
We train two times per week (on Tuesday and Friday) in Sportcentre Olympos on the Science Park. On the second Wednesday of each month, we have some drinks at ‘t Pandje in the centre of Utrecht. Furthermore, our Activity Committee organizes a fun activity on the last Wednesday of each month! Soooo there’s lots to do! All training sessions take place in Hall 2 at Sportcentre Olympos in Utrecht. The address is Uppsalalaan 3, 3584 CT Utrecht.
HV Beertje has three training groups, allowing everyone to train at their own level: Men’s Competition & Advanced players; Women’s Competition & Advanced players; and the Beginners. We train on Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday training times will switch in September after the summer break.
Tuesday:
- 17:30 – 18:45 | Beginners (Hall 2, half court)
- 17:30 – 18:45 | Men’s Competition & Advanced players (Hall 2, half court)
- 18:45 – 20:00 | Women’s Competition & Advanced players (Hall 2)
Friday:
- 18:30 – 20:00 | Women’s & Men’s competition (Hall 2) (Beginners and Advanced players are welcome to join)
